The program
Demonstrably better results in 8 to 12 months
The Leadership Synergy program is an 8 to 12 month program designed to demonstrably improve results. The program itself consists of six steps.
A strategic brainstorm session
€495
per two-hour session, excluding VAT and travel costs
Prior to the program, we always organize a strategic brainstorm session first. The invoice is only sent if you genuinely feel that the team coach has added value.
One on one assessment
The program starts with an individual assessment using the Work of Leaders profile, which approaches leadership from a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to the one-on-one perspective of a management profile. Using the Vision, Alignment and Execution framework, the focus is on tangible steps to guide the individual, group or organization toward their Objective Key Results.
Executive coaching
Individual coaching is an integral part of the program, typically an average of three sessions per team member.
Group Leaders & Culture meeting
In a group meeting, the team examines the current culture and its associated challenges, and the current leadership strengths and challenges of the management team.
Anonymous Five Behaviors Assessment
The ultimate goal is a cohesive team. Through an anonymous assessment, the team builds mutual trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability and holding each other responsible, and focus on agreed-upon results. Ultimately, team members prioritize collective results as their highest goal.
The Five Behaviors meetings
On three separate days, insights into the team’s performance across Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results are shared, followed by concrete action plans.
Progress
The strength of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team by Lencioni lies in the measurable progress across the five areas. If any area still scores ‘Low’ or ‘Medium’ at the end, an additional deep dive follows.
